If you exceed your tier's member cap mid-billing-cycle, we never block you from adding new members. Your dashboard will show a friendly upgrade prompt, and your account will simply auto-upgrade to the next tier at the start of your following billing cycle. Zero disruption to your gym.
Multi-Location Gyms
Each location is billed separately based on that specific location's active member count and tier. As the owner, you get a master dashboard aggregating data across all locations (combined revenue, combined attendance), plus one consolidated, itemized invoice.
You Keep Your Money
With native Stripe Connect, membership dues and PT sessions go directly to your bank account. We charge a flat SaaS fee for the software. We never take a percentage of your revenue or hold your funds hostage.

Absolutely not. Our pricing is 100% transparent. There are no setup fees, no onboarding fees, and no charges for adding staff members. You only pay the flat monthly or annual rate based on your active member count.
What happens if my gym grows and exceeds my current pricing tier?
We never block you from adding new members or disrupt your gym's operations. If you exceed your tier's member cap mid-billing-cycle, you can continue adding members seamlessly. Your account will simply auto-upgrade to the next tier at the start of your following billing cycle.
Do you take a percentage of my gym's revenue?
No. We use native Stripe Connect, which means your members' payments go directly from their card to your gym's bank account. We charge a flat SaaS subscription fee for the software, and standard Stripe processing fees apply to your transactions. We never take a cut of your revenue.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation penalties. If you cancel, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Do I get a discount for paying annually?
Yes! If you choose annual billing, you get 2 months free. For example, the Starter plan drops from $588/year to just $490/year, and the Growth plan drops from $1,188/year to $990/year.
