We collect a small $2.00 platform fee from your members when they check out online with a credit card. You keep exactly 100% of your membership price (e.g. If you charge $100, you get $100).
What if I need to comp a staff member or VIP?
To keep our platform 100% free for owners, we do not support cash, check, or external payment logging. All regular member plans must be processed through our secure online checkout. However, every gym gets 20 "Staff/VIP/Comp" profiles to use for coaches, family, influencers, or brand partnerships.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. You can delete your account at any time. There are no long-term contracts.
