Do I need to buy special hardware for the check-in system?
No. Our check-in system is designed to work with the hardware you already own. You can use any iPad, tablet, or computer with a webcam as your check-in kiosk. There is no proprietary hardware to purchase.
Can members share their QR code with friends to sneak into class?
No. The QR code generated in the member app is cryptographically signed and time-limited to 30 seconds. It cannot be screenshotted, shared, or reused. Once scanned, the token is instantly invalidated on our servers to prevent replay attacks.
How does the automated waitlist work?
When a class reaches capacity, members can join a waitlist. If a booked member cancels, our system instantly promotes the first person on the waitlist, books them into the class, and sends them a real-time push notification and email confirmation.
What happens if the gym's internet goes down?
Our system is built for resilience. While real-time features require an internet connection, the check-in kiosk can cache recent member data locally for a short period, allowing you to continue checking members in even during brief network interruptions.
